As a textile designer, illustrator and researcher having worked with diverse projects and briefs, I have come to acquire a varied set of skills that allow me to mould myself to the requirements of any project that comes my way. My professional life has been non-linear and fluid, driven by curiosity and a love for learning.

A Love for Processes

I am fascinated by embodied knowledge found in intricate processes and working with hands. In the past, this inclination has led to a deep engagement with handmade textiles. Traditional textiles offer more than just a visual and sensorial experience, enveloping one in the myriad stories they carry. A profound love for storytelling, especially excavating obscure and hidden histories led me to pursue an MA in Illustration, in an effort towards bringing these stories to the fore. Along with learning key methodologies in visual storytelling, I also found myself immersed in complex making processes yet again—printmaking. Currently, I am involved in personal projects that expand my learning in this field.
